Our Mission

At Pathway to Progress, our primary objective is to assist each participant in accessing the necessary resources to help them get back on track and achieve financial independence for a better quality of life. We understand that life’s circumstances can sometimes lead to homelessness or incarceration, and we believe that everyone deserves a second chance to rebuild their lives.

Our housing program offers a safe and drug-free environment, promoting sobriety and personal growth. We strive to create a space where individuals can find stability and focus on rebuilding their lives.

The duration of our housing system can range from 1 to 24 months, providing individuals with the necessary time and support to regain their footing. During their stay, participants have access to various services and resources to include counseling, AA/NA (Alcoholics Anonymous), job placement assistance, life skills training, and access to community support networks.

Our Case Management services play a crucial role in this process, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to each participant’s unique needs. Through comprehensive assessments, goal setting, and ongoing support, our Case Managers help participants navigate the challenges they face, ensuring they have access to the resources that will enhance their quality of life.

Our dedicated team is committed to creating a nurturing and empowering environment. We work closely with each participant, ensuring they receive the support needed for their Pathway to Progress and Healthy Living. By fostering a sense of community and providing a supportive network, we aim to inspire and motivate individuals to make positive changes that enhance their quality of life.
